I want people to feel hope when they hear my story. It doesn’t matter where you are at or what you have done, it’s never too late to turn around.

A little about me

Age: 45 years old
Status: Divorced
Children: 11 (8 girls/3 boys)
Grandchildren: 4 (3 boys/ 1 girl)
Work: Labors Union (7 years)
Born: Butte, Montana
Raised: Puyallup Montana Indian Reservation
-by grandparents (mothers) after his mom’s passing when he was 7 years old.
-Mike was in and out of the Juvenile system from 14-17, doing 3 different stints.
The last time he was released from Juvenile Hall at 17 years old he moved back to Butte, Montana to try a restart with his dad’s side of the family, it’s safe to say it didn’t work out…

Clean time: 10 years
Incarcerated: 10 years

Living principle:

It’s all about living a God-centered life. This wasn’t always the case for me but once I removed myself from the center of the universe and placed God there, it gave me a whole new perspective on life. It’s not about me anymore it’s about God, family, and community.
